The Coconut Republic® Coconut Balsamic Vinegar is both a “nutraceutical” and “functional food”. It is all-natural (free from preservatives blend). Just one (1) Tablespoon of dried Tarragon leaves provides 6% of the daily value of manganese; 3% of the daily value of iron and 1% of the daily value of potassium.

Tarragon decreases blood sugar by improving insulin sensitivity. Tarragon has been used in traditional folk medicine to treat pain and it has antibacterial properties. Tarragon is often used in the heart-healthy Mediterranean diet.
